Direct Line Group have been announced as the 3^rd best big company to work for in the U.K and have been awarded with a 2 Star accreditation. This is the second-highest accreditation available and awarded to organisations that demonstrate an “outstanding” commitment to workplace engagement.

The Best Companies survey asks employees to feedback on a range of categories including leadership, wellbeing, personal growth and getting a fair deal. The feedback provided by Direct Line Group employees tells a similar story to the internal engagement survey we carry out each year and showed that in 2018 92% of employees were proud to work for the company and 87% told others that Direct Line Group is a great place to work.
