Visiting customers during Covid-19

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Direct Line Group has been working hard to put in place measures to keep our customers and Field Agents safe.

When processing a claim, our Field Agents will do everything they can to progress the claim digitally using the latest technology, but there may still be times where we’ll need to visit customers homes to assess the damage.
