Priorities and Progress

When we created our sustainability strategy two years ago, our work was informed by an analysis of the issues impacting our business and a survey of opinion amongst our stakeholders as to the relative importance of each of those issues. The stakeholders included customers, suppliers, investors, commercial partners, non-governmental organisations and policymakers that the business interacts with.

That analysis continues to guide our work within our five-pillar sustainability strategy, and to inform many of the Group's external partnerships.

Alongside our aim to have high standards of governance we have prioritised:

  4. Understanding and managing the impact of climate change
