Shotgun is a road safety intervention app from Direct Line designed to change the behaviour of new drivers aged 17–25. It aims to help them to become better drivers by providing feedback and rewarding them for good driving. Shotgun’s aim is to eliminate deaths during the vulnerable first 1,000 miles for new drivers.
