We are using new technology to use less printer and copier paper at our main office sites. We have achieved a further 11% reduction in 2015. Our office paper is made from recycled material.
We are now focusing on reducing the paper we use to produce customers’ policy documents. To do this, we are looking at ways to send customers these documents electronically. In 2015, we used 829 tonnes of paper for policy documents.
